SSO with Okta

To configure Single Sign-On with Okta, MODLR requires the following details:

  • Okta Org URL (also known as your Okta domain) - the unique identifier for your organisation's Okta instance (e.g. yourcompany.okta.com), used to generate the correct redirect links for authentication.
  • Email domains - a list of all email domains that should be directed to Okta for login (e.g. @yourcompany.com).

Setting up SSO

  1. Gather the Org URL and email domain details listed above.
  2. Send these details to the MODLR team via the support portal.
  3. A member of the MODLR team will reach out to schedule a time for testing and implementation of SSO with your organisation.
  4. An admin on your Okta org will need to approve the MODLR application before users can sign in via SSO.
