Packages

Packages are a proprietary file type developed by MODLR (.package), used to export and import pre-built model objects.

Packages can be created or imported from the Manage Model page, accessible via the model's Actions menu.

Creating a Package

Creating a package allows the user to name the package and provide a description, before specifying its contents.

Package Creation

After saving, the package will be found in the root directory of the model's file system, accessible via the MODLR File Manager.

Importing a package takes you to a page where you select the file, then choose which model objects to import.
