Single Sign-On (SSO)
Overview
MODLR supports Single Sign-On (SSO) for user authentication using OpenID Connect (OIDC). This allows organisations to manage user access to MODLR through their existing identity provider, rather than requiring separate MODLR credentials for each user.

Setting up SSO with Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID)
To configure SSO with Azure Active Directory, MODLR requires the following details:
- Tenant ID (also known as the Directory ID) — the unique identifier for your organisation's Azure AD instance, used to generate the correct redirect links for authentication. See Microsoft's documentation on how to find your Tenant ID for instructions on locating this in the Azure portal.
- Email domains — a list of all email domains that should be directed to this tenant for login (e.g.
@yourcompany.com).
Steps to set up
- Gather the Tenant ID and email domain details listed above.
- Send these details to MODLR support.
- A member of the MODLR team will reach out to schedule a time for testing and implementation of SSO with your organisation.
