Enable Drill Down

Adds expand/collapse controls to every element in the working list, so end users can drill into and back out of the hierarchy themselves from within the rendered Workview - rather than the instruction stack having to pre-expand everything up front.

This is a display-only instruction. It doesn't change which elements are in the working list, only whether users can interactively expand them afterwards.

Web Workviews only

This instruction only does something in a web Workview. In a Card, Excel CubeGet formula, or export, it's simply skipped - there's no equivalent of interactive drill-down in those contexts.

Rather than expanding every department up front with Expand All, this shows just the top-level departments and lets each user expand only the branches they care about.
