Disable Input On Cells

Workview-only. Marks the cells associated with the working list as read-only. Users can't enter or modify values in these cells, even if the underlying cube cell would normally accept input.

Every leaf-level cell in a Workview is editable by default - this instruction is how you carve out exceptions for elements that shouldn't be, without changing the cube's own input rules.
