Returns 1 if the element exists in the specified hierarchy or 0.

HIERARCHYHASMEMBER(dimension, hierarchy, element)

Parameters

• dimension - The name of the dimension.
• hierarchy - The name of the hierarchy.
• element - The name of the element.

Examples

HIERARCHYHASMEMBER("Time", "Year" "2018")

Note: Returns 1 if the element 2018 exists in the Year hierarchy of the Time dimension.
